Puppy Package: Cooper @ 6 months

On Monday I forgot to mention that Bandit is actually Cooper‘s uncle! If you remember, Cooper was the ridiculously adorable Shaded English Cream Dachshund from a few months ago. He’s already six months old and a totally different pup than the one I met before — now he is full of energy and one of the fastest dachshunds I have ever seen — and he’s become quite the talker!

Since our last session, the tips of his ears have darkened along with a unique change I’ve not seen before — his black-ringed tail:

Cooper would race around after toys and whatever else, then flop down for three seconds at a time before making the rounds again:

Working the puppy face to get more treats:

Here are a couple of the two handsome boys together:

Cathy - holy cow is he so cute. those ears absolutely kill me.

nick - Looks like you all had a great time :D

Beth Edwards - LOVE this little guy! Your pictures really capture him and I love the belly scratch picture as well! What a look of contentment!

Ashley Johnson - Oh my gosh…what a stinkin’ cutie. I love the running shots. What great captures!

Grace - Seriously, this dog is ADORABLE. I Love the dark tipped ears and tail – so unique looking.

Elizabeth - Oh my gosh! You know I love the dachshunds, and these are no exception. Cooper couldn’t be any more adorable, and his sweet uncle looks wonderful for 11. I can only hope Adley and Radish look that great as they age.

melissa irvin - Ok, as you know I’m not a small dog person, but this dog is so freaking cute. Love ALL the shots. I love the closed eyes smile for the belly scratch!!

P.S. Beautiful shots of the Weim at APR. Hope she gets adopted soon.

Simon - Love these…and your Post work is sooooo good.

Melissa - Aaaaawww! So darling!

rachel - hoooo baby! that is a cute dog. i really like the one where he’s lying on his back, and someone is petting him.
